Two (6 oz) portions each:
- Atlantic Farm Salmon- are hatched, raised and harvested under controlled conditions. They have a lighter more pink color compared to Wild which is a deeper red/orange color. Farm salmon will have more fatty marbling creating a tender & moist texture.
- Wild King Troll Salmon- caught one at a time, by hook and line, troll- caught king salmon get special handling and processing.
- Wild Sockeye Salmon- The sockeye is a red salmon, with a rich flavor and firm texture. It is high in heart-healthy omega-3s with a stronger flavor and stands up well to grilling.
