THAWING TIPS:
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. If time doesn't allow for an overnight thaw, place in a ziploc bag and put in cold water ~30-60 minutes, and use immediately.
Don't thaw them in the microwave, they are too delicate and you will start to cook them.
